Atlantis Rewards Terms

1. Atlantis Rewards are available for use on any eligible Atlantis cruise or land resort vacation but may not be combined with any other promotional offer unless expressly authorized by the Program Rules and are subject to the quoted terms and conditions described below. Atlantis Rewards may be used by individuals, and are subject to the terms and conditions described below. Atlantis Rewards are in U.S. dollars and are not redeemable for cash. Atlantis Rewards may not be used retroactively or to pay the cost of cruise deposits. The cruise discount will be effective at time of final payment. The amount of the discount may not exceed the total cost of your cruise arrangements. The number of Points you wish to redeem will be deducted from your total Points earnings when you authorize the redemption of Points through the WorldPoints® Rewards Redemption Center.

2. Cabin upgrades, free cruise reward, and free land resort vacation reward may be capacity-controlled and are subject to availability.

3. Calculation of the value of the cabin upgrade, vacation discount, free land resort vacation, and free cruise rewards for the Cardholder will be consistent with the fare basis applicable to the booking. If the upgrade, vacation discount, free land resort, or free cruise accommodations cost more than the maximum value of the Reward, the Cardholder must pay the difference.

4. Miscellaneous charges, including, but not limited to beverages and meals; governmental or quasi-governmental taxes, fees or surcharges; air transportation, shore excursion packages, pre/post hotel accommodations, taxis and other ground transportation; items of a personal nature (such as, but not limited to: laundry, dry cleaning, telephone, telefax, internet fees, photographs, medical services, spa services, etc.); excess baggage charges; gratuities; insurance and any other carrier amenities are not eligible for direct offset with the use of cruise-related Rewards, unless such charges are included in the cost of the travel arrangements as quoted by the cruise line operator.

5. There are no exchanges or refunds for no-shows or unused portions of travel arrangements obtained with the use of cruise-related Rewards. If you cancel your travel plans and cancellation fees are assessed, those fees shall be payable with your Card. Atlantis Rewards cannot be used to pay any portion of cancellation fees. Once a deposit has been paid, Atlantis reserves the right to charge you a cancellation fee. If Atlantis cancels the cruise you have booked, then all or part of the Points used in connection with the booking may be reinstated to your Points earnings at your request. Points that have been reinstated under these circumstances will expire five (5) years from the end of the Card's periodic billing cycle during which the Points were reinstated.

6. Any travel with Atlantis Events shall be subject to the terms and conditions of its Atlantis reservation, website and other applicable terms and conditions. All guests must sign the Atlantis Events confirmation and cruise ticket prior to being allowed to board. Travel dates are subject to the Atlantis Events schedule and are subject to change without notice.

7. It is the responsibility of the user of the Atlantis Rewards to obtain and have possession of valid proof of citizenship or naturalization, vaccination documents and/or visas, as necessary, before boarding a vessel or entering another country.

8. Cabin Upgrades. Cabin upgrades are available only for the specific combinations described in the Program Rules. Upgrades vary based on the cruise and room availability. Upgrades are valid from an interior to oceanview stateroom or oceanview to balcony stateroom only. Other upgrade combinations such as upgrades from balcony staterooms to suites and upgrades to or from family staterooms are not applicable. Upgrades may not be combined with trip discounts, free cruise reward, or free land resort vacation reward. Upgrades may not be combined with certain restricted price programs, however, please call Atlantis Events for details regarding combinability with price programs. Stateroom categories vary from vessel to vessel.

Vacation Discounts. Atlantis rewards may not be used retroactively or to pay the cost of cruise deposits. The vacation discounts will not be effective until you have tendered final payment for the travel arrangements. The vacation discounts may not exceed the total cost of your trip arrangements. The vacation discount may not be used with a free cruise reward.

Free Land Resort Vacation. Free land resort vacation reward may not be combined with other free cruise rewards, vacation discounts, or cabin upgrades. Subject to resort availability and lowest available room.

Free Cruise. Free cruise rewards may not be combined with other free land resort vacation rewards, vacation discounts, or cabin upgrades. Free cruise rewards are only valid for an oceanview stateroom in a double occupancy or share stateroom. Subject to cruise availability and lowest available oceanview stateroom.
